PREACH THE TEXT WITH CLARITY — LEARN HOW TO FIND THE SERMON’S BIG IDEA EVERY TIME

expository preaching

A free, practical guide for new preachers, Bible students, and church workers who want to handle Scripture faithfully — even if you’re just starting with expository preaching.

WHAT THEY’LL GET

Download this free chapter + mini guide and learn:

  • How to identify the “Big Idea” of any passage without guessing
  • A simple, biblical method for moving from text → outline → sermon
  • The 4 markers that reveal what the passage is truly saying
  • A real sample expository outline you can use as a model
  • A one-page worksheet to help you prepare your next sermon
  • A free chapter from Preaching the Text: A Guide to Expository Sermon Outlines

WHY IT MATTERS

Many sermons drift away from the Scripture — not because the preacher is unfaithful, but because they’ve never been shown a clear, simple way to draw the sermon from the text itself.

This guide helps you stay anchored in the Word, handle the passage with confidence, and preach with clarity and conviction.

I’m a preacher and teacher passionate about helping young ministers handle Scripture faithfully. If you’re new to expository preaching, this will give you a strong foundation for your calling.

    About Jun P. Espina

Jun P. Espina loves nature, music, painting, and poetry, but couldn’t find inner joy during his first 27 years of life. After his father’s death, he taught in college and met religious friends who couldn’t satisfy his search for meaning. In 1984, he was converted to the biblical Christian faith. He married his girlfriend, Virgie, the following year—God blessed them with three children—and served Christ as a believer in different spaces of the Christian ministry. After over 30 years of orthodox Christianity, he wrote a few Christian eBooks in his home in Davao City. Sometimes his four little grandchildren played with their smartphones by his side.
